The large restiform bodies (inferior cerebellar peduncles) are capped by the dorsal cochlear nuclei. The 9th nerve is emerging just below the restiform body. Prominent inferior olives bulge from the base and the sit dorsal to the pyramids. Between the olives are the medial lemnisci (ML). The medullary tegmentum shows the MLF in the floor of the 4th ventricle in the midline. The pyramid (P) is at the base.
