Nuclear Pores
Nuclear pores (Blue Arrow) define passage-ways for signaling of the nucleus to the cytosol by passage as nuclear mRNA to the Rough ER. Note the detail of the nuclear pore on left. Pores appear to involve transfer of mRNA from replication in the nucleus and out into the cytosol as ribosomes. The rough endoplasmic reticulum attracks the ribosomes with their alignment along the reticulum surface as well as free floating in the cytosol.
